An all school liturgy is celebrated the first Friday of every month at 8:00 a.m. A school-wide prayer service is held on all other Fridays of the month at 8:15 a.m.
All Catholic parents of our school children are urged to attend Sunday Mass with their children. The children are taught that Mass is the most important part of Catholic worship and they are encouraged to participate actively in the Mass.
Once a month, our school children participate in a Class Mass. Each mass is hosted by a different grade level and is usually held on the second or third Sunday of the month.
Students greet parishioners, sing in the choir, read out of the missalette and help with the collections. This is a wonderful opportunity for the St. Philomene School and Parish community to fellowship and share in the love of Christ.
