Philosophy
At. St. Philomene School we provide a rich spiritual environment within an academic community. We recognize that parents are partners in the educational process. We seek to develop the whole child in a Catholic setting by providing a comprehensive program that integrates Christian practice and Catholic identity. We honor diversity and help children to further enhance their self worth in a safe and nurturing environment. We offer a challenging curriculum designed to create life long learners who possess the analytical, critical, communicative and civic skills to adapt to an ever- changing world.
Strategic Plan
St. Philomene Dual Language Catholic School, a vibrant ministry of faith and learning in Sacramento, California, is committed to the spiritual, academic, and personal development of every child entrusted to our care. Rooted in Catholic tradition and guided by the teachings of Christ, we foster a nurturing environment where students grow in knowledge, character, and service. The purpose of this five-year Strategic Plan (2026-2031) provides a clear, mission-aligned roadmap for our school's continued growth, sustainability, and excellence. The plan reflects our community's shared values and aspirations and aims to strengthen academic outcomes, support student and family engagement, enhance operational effectiveness, and deepen our commitment to Catholic identity.
