Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Program

Currently St. Philomene school offers the Spanish Dual Language Immersion program from TK - 5th grade, while adding one grade per year.

The program we offer is a 50/50 program where half of the daily curriculum is taught in Spanish and the other half in English.

The goals of the Dual Language program are for our students to become Bilingual, Biliterate, and Culturally competent.

The additional goals for our St. Philomene students are that upon graduation they earn the Seal of Biliteracy and have the skills to test into Spanish II or AP Spanish in high school, or learn a third language effortlessly.

Alongside DLI, we offer Project Lead the Way - a hands-on project based science and technology program.
